I’ve had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Gregg Kinzer for over seven years, and I can confidently say that his level of care and expertise is truly exceptional. My dental treatment was somewhat extensive, and Dr. Kinzer not only coordinated seamlessly with other outstanding specialists in the area, but also guided me through each step of the process with clarity and compassion. The result of my implant work is remarkable—it looks completely natural, and I honestly can’t tell the difference from my original tooth. Dr. Kinzer's precision, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. The entire team at Spear Aesthetics is also extraordinary. I’m especially grateful to Dr. Jill Kinzer, Anne, and Mari for their kindness, professionalism, and the outstanding care they provided throughout my treatment. Everyone there makes you feel truly cared for and valued as a patient. Considering the high-quality, diligent care I received, I believe Dr. Kinzer’s pricing is more than reasonable—especially when compared to the cost of far less meticulous work offered elsewhere. I can’t recommend Dr. Kinzer and his team highly enough.

Fantastic experience! I cannot recommend Spear Aesthetics enough. I had extensive work done on my teeth, upper and lower, and it was as positive and comfortable an experience as it possibly could have been. Dr. Greg Spear was recommended to me by my orthodontist as “the best” at what he does - and my experience and results backed that up. Mari on his staff deserves a shout-out as well, for being incredibly professional as well as a warm and comforting presence. I LOVE my results. I have the beautiful smile I have been wanting for the past 50 years! Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of. Dr Greggory Kinzer since November 2004, I can say with 100% confidence he is the BEST prosthodontist in The Pacific Northwest ! He is meticulous. Talented to point that Even people who work at dental offices, cannot tell what teeth that Dr Kinzer has restored versus my real teeth.

Dr Jill Kinzer offers sound advice, and I really trust her dentistry. She presents multiple options and clearly lays pros and cons of each. That is important to me in this time when I have had 5 primary care physicians in 5 years and often feel like a cog in a wheel at many medical offices. Dr Kinzer's assistant is so nice has been great at helping me relax during procedures. Not sure if my mouth is getting smaller or dental apparatus is getting bigger but it is helpful to have friendly conversation and a gentle touch when going difficult and painful dental work. The hygienist is so good at what she does and has made a big difference in my day-to-day dental care. I really hope to have a good set of teeth in my elder years and her cleaning and dental products advice has been key toward attaining that goal. The front desk staff efficiently manages the end of each appointment and has been nice to work with when I have had to shift appointments. ... and she just comes off competent which is sadly becoming a bit rare. I write this to call out an all around good staff at the Kinzer dental office. I'm guessing Drs Gregg and Jill have had to work hard to attract and retain good people.

Dr. Jill Kinzer was one of the most genuine and professional Dr.'s I had the pleasure to meet with in this field. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, attention to detail, integrity & commitment to excellence. She not only addressed my initial issue which was mostly aesthetic but also addressed so many other aspects of my dental health that no one else has taken note of prior. Her approach prioritizes not only delivering a beautiful result but quality & longevity which i really appreciate in today's day & age. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jill Kinzer is the most thorough, detailed, and supportive doctor I have ever encountered. I had composite bonding removed from all of my upper six teeth. During the first consult, I was taken aback (in the best way possible) by how much time she spent with me, the information we went over, the options laid out, and the evaluation she did on my teeth. You will quickly learn of how deep her expertise is in aesthetic dentistry by the way she discusses the issue and evaluates not in isolation but with consideration of many other factors, things that nobody else has brought up before. Lastly, all we ever hope is that whoever is treating us is truly doing the best they can. Dr. Kinzer has gone above and beyond. When the easier route could have been taken in removing the bonding, she did not hesitate to say no because she felt that it could potentially damage my teeth (she manually filed the bonding off vs. Using a quick laser). And when I told her how much I appreciated her detailedness, she said she would want the same level of care if anyone were doing a treatment or procedure on her own daughter! 🥹 Highly recommend!
